Harta138 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Within these terms & conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "harta138" or "Platform" refers to the harta138.ws website and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the harta138 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered and managed through the harta138 platform.
• "Credits" refers to the cash, bonuses, or reward points available in your harta138 account.
• "Bet" refers to any gambling or wagering activity conducted on the harta138 platform, including casino games, Sports Betting, and e-sports.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by harta138 before processing a withdrawal or when requested by management.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes eligible for cash withdrawal.

To register and use the harta138 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name (as per your identity card), date of birth, active Malaysian phone number, and valid email address.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or barred from using the harta138 platform.

Harta138 only accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods. The currently accepted deposit methods are as follows:

All deposits must come from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name. harta138 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a source not belonging to the registered member, harta138 reserves the right to freeze the account until identity verification is completed.

Harta138 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed full KYC verification.
• No pending bets or transactions currently in progress.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All rollover requirements associated with any active bonus have been fully met.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: requests received before 5:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day or the next business day. • All outcomes generated by the harta138 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a significant technical error.
• Harta138 reserves the right to void, suspend, or declare any bet invalid under certain circumstances, including technical errors, incorrect odds information, or unforeseen events.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in multi-player games (such as poker) is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or match are as displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

In cases where a technical error causes clearly incorrect odds or payouts (for example, odds for a Malaysia Super League team that should be 1.80 displaying as 180.00), harta138 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake amount to the member's account.

We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress or personal problems. • Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit allowed within a specified time period.
• Time-Out: Suspend access to your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months) if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life.

Harta138 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, harta138 reserves the right to withhold all associated winnings and bonuses. The original deposit balance (excluding winnings and bonuses) may be returned at harta138's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

All content on the harta138 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software, source code, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of harta138 and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the harta138 platform for personal use only. Any use of harta138 content for commercial purposes, redistribution, or any other purpose without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, harta138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the harta138 platform.
• Betting or casino game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Service disruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond harta138's control.
• Any errors or omissions in platform content.

Harta138 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the harta138 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the harta138 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation before proceeding to formal arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
